Swimming
There are lots of beaches in Sydney, from harbor to ocean. There are a lots of beach lover love to swim during warm weekends. The most popular Harbor swim becomes one of Sydney attractions. It has 1kam and 2km courses in 2009. Don't miss it on the 1st March 2009.

Beside, there are more than 100 of pools in Sydney. Surfing
If you like to surf, Sydney is one of the best places. Try out Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa. It is the best place to learn how to surf. There are accommodations as well as quality meals within beachside.

Byron Bay, 1 hour south of the gold coast, is a good choice too, where it is for intermediate and advanced surfers. It is a popular place for visitors as well as locals. You will addict to this place!

Diving
The best place for dives are the Gordons Bay Underwater Nature Trail, north of Coogee.
